Overview
X150
The X150 is a stereo power amplifier that embodies the design technology and refinements of the larger “X” series amplifiers, including the patented circuit called “Supersymmetry”.
The amplifier uses ultra matched components in a simple balanced Class A circuit. It contains only two gain stages.
The X150 is rated at 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 300 watts into 4 ohms. Input, output and AC connectors are located on the rear of the amplifier. The amplifier accepts both single-ended and balanced inputs. Speaker outputs are provided with international safety-rated five way binding posts.
Anchoring the Pass Labs power amplifier line, the X150 demonstrates authoritative performance and stability into any loudspeaker load. With excellent dynamic range and fast response, the X150 moves easily from black background to explosive transients and then back again, adding realism and authenticity to recorded materials. Smooth and transparent, the X150 provides clean and expansive sonic performance at a very affordable price point.

About the Brand
Based in Foresthill, California, USA, Pass Labs was founded by Mr. Nelson Pass, a well known figure in the high end audio community.
Although Pass Labs has only been around for a decade, they have collected more awards than many companies who have been around a lot longer.
Mr. Pass is known for unique and innovative, as well as practical, circuit designs. Pass' first designs, in the Aleph line, were single-ended pure Class A solid state. The current Pass Labs "X" series amplifiers use a distortion canceling balanced audio signal circuit, and continue to receive critical acclaim. Today Pass Labs makes amplifiers, preamplifier and speakers.
